He is survived by: his spouse Linda Neer (Carter); his daughters, Mindy Jarrard (David) of Webbers Falls, OK and Brandi Shobe (Chad) of Cedar Park, TX; his grandchildren, Daylan Jarrard of Webbers Falls, OK, Cody and Gunner Shobe of Cedar Park, TX; his brother Mike Neer (Gloria) of Sallisaw, OK; his nieces and nephews, Donnie Neer (Jaylinn) of Blanchard, OK, Travis Neer of Sallisaw, OK, Sherri Neer Curtis (Jimmy) of Little Elm, TX, Jill Neer Caughman and Kendall Marley of Sallisaw, OK; his aunt Darlene Earp of Chandler, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Don Carter (Janis) of Gore, OK, Larry Carter (Carolyn) of Gore, OK, Gary Carter of Gore, OK, Evelyn Klucevsek (Frank) of Chouteau, OK and Judy Merrill (Steve) of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews and friends.
