She is survived by: her children, Jeanetta Pate (Dave), Cynthia Courtney, John Courtney, Jr. (Sara) and Brian Courtney; her grandchildren, Allison, Sean, Terra, Kale, Sierra, Eric, Kyle, Mason and Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Jayce, Dominic and Skyler.
