She is survived by: her sons, Nelson Lehnick of Franklinville, NC and Jamie Lehnick; and her siblings, Geri Lackey of Vian, OK, Judy Cowart of Vian, OK, Patsy Carlton of Vian, OK, Gayla Moore of Wagoner, OK, Destiny Knight of Galveston, TX, Kenneth Cowart of Vian, OK and LeRoy Cowart of Vian, OK. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
