He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Martin; his sister Betty Rohde (Bob) of Tulsa, OK; his children, Dr. Phillip Sloan of Gore, OK, Steve Sloan (Terry) of Gore, OK and Kimberly (Art Pearson) of Gore, OK; his grandson Dr. Arthur Pearson (Tiffany); his great grandchild Arthur (AW) of Fort Smith, AR; his granddaughter Lacey Jackson (Michael); his great grandchild Hendrix of Gore, OK; his granddaughter Ashley Hyde (Matt); his great grandchild Hudson of Edmond, OK; his grandson Cody Sloan (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Adeline, Crawford and Clara Sloan of Gore, OK..
