She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Leona Allen (Moss) and Jim Allen; her daughter Lori Watson; her grandson Joshua Choate; her great grandchild Tairyn Choate; and her siblings, Margaret Clark, J. C. and Clifford Allen.

She is survived by: her daughter Regina Choate (Leslie); her grandchildren, Angel Choate of Sallisaw, OK and Chelsea Watson of Iowa; her great grandchildren, Courage, Remington, Anderson, Mason, Madilyn and Emmett; and her sisters, Carol Mason of Sand Springs, OK and Debbie Holmes of Sallisaw, OK. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
