He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Warren and Rena Mae Westcott (Enyart); his brother Jerry Westcott; his aunt Wannetta Grace; and his uncle Todd Grace.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Klifford Westcott (Amber) of Goodwell, Kristopher Westcott (Nikki) of Goodwell, Kendil Westcott (Samantha) of Goodwell, Kayla Webb (Andre) of Goodwell, Kyle Westcott (Jerrica) of Goodwell, Kelly Westcott (Mackie) of Goodwell and KaRena Keith (Jeffrey) of Goodwell; his grandchildren, Kyan, Kaebryn, Kolt, Kane, Ali, Jeremiah Kate (George), Katherine, Kimber, Brantlee, True, Ripp, Rayne and Kinsleigh; and his siblings, RaNetta Thomas (Randy) of Powder Springs and Dusty Westcott (Teresa) of Puyallup, Washington..
