Cotter Sr. of Goodwell, Oklahoma, born in San Angelo, Texas, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Cotter and Ruth Cotter (Rose); and his siblings, Bobby Gandy and Susie Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Cotter; his children, Jimmy Cotter (Tammy) of Guymon, Cindy Skipper (David) of Holcomb, Candice Edwards (Justin) of Hysham, Montana, Janet Cotter of Guymon, Brandon Douthitt of Arlington, Breanne Bennett (Neal) of Mansfield, Chelsea Mullins of Arlington and Stacy Ray of Guymon; and his siblings, Margaret Mazar (Lou) of Grand Saline, Texas, Bill Gandy of Amarillo and Stephen Gandy of Alvarado, Texas.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
