She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Valdez; and her grandparents, Orlando Martinez, Bill and Barbara Ann Bridges. She is survived by: her mother Cathy Valdez of Goodwell; her former spouses, Justin Campbell and Shelby Ray Cook; her children, Lane Michael Campbell, Caden John Campbell and Hailey RayAnn Campbell; her stepchildren, Dillon Lewis Cook, Eva Ray Cook and Braylen Ann Cook; her nephews, Tayler Austin Valdez (Brianne) of Weatherford, OK and Jayden Thomas Valdez of Goodwell; her brother Jeremy Valdez (Rachel) of Turpin, OK; and her niece Harlie RayAnn Valdez of Turpin. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
