He was predeceased by: his son Travis Marshall Harris; and his brother George. He is survived by: his son Micah Paul Harris of Washington, Oklahoma; his wife Judy Ashlock; his grandchildren, Sage Harris, Cadence and Trinity Harris of Norman, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Olton Harris of Midlothian, Texas, Buck Harris (Rita) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Zack Harris (Luann) of Purcell, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
