She was predeceased by: her father Amos J. Madden; and her brothers, Ricky Madden, Daryl Madden and Mike Madden. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Leona Madden (Dover) of Goldsby; her children, Nikki Runge (Justin) of Goldsby and Mike Boettler (Brandi) of Choctaw; her brothers, Ronny Madden (Judy) of Goldsby, Scott Madden (Connie) of Washington and Brad Madden of Goldsby; her grandchildren, Brooke, Blake (Nadya), Blaine, Morgann (Zac), Natalie, Logan and Caden; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn, Cash and Lukah.
