He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Wilburn and Lucille Wilburn. He is survived by: his son Sam Wilburn; his grandson Heath Morris; his wife Carolyn Wilburn; his children, John Wilburn (Robyn) of Ada and Jill Weber (Billy) of Goldsby; his brother Sam M. Wilburn (Kathryn) of Bradenton, FL.; his sister-in-law Qwen Wilburn of Praque, OK.; and his grandchildren, Ashley of Taylor, Sean, A. J. and Ethan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
