He is survived by: his parent Lewis Floyd Adkins; his wife Yvonne; his children, Scott Adkins (Libby) of Goldsby and Marcia LaMunyon (Larry) of Goldsby; and his grandchildren, Brandon Adkins of Goldsby, Brett Adkins (Tina) of Goldsby, Phillip Adkins (Monica) of Goldsby, Mitzi Moring (Barry) of Newcastle and Ryan Hill (Megan) of Goldsby. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Goldsby Baptist Church.
