He is survived by: his wife Brenda McDonald of Glenpool, OK; and his children, Andrea Johnson of Springfield, MO, Brenda June McDonald of Tulsa, OK, Crystal Lyle of Berryville, AR and Andrew McDonald of Sapulpa, OK.
