He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Lea; his granddaughter Jaylen Wolden; his siblings, Linda Sixkiller and Larry Nichols; his wife Santha Bell; his children, Terry Ray Nichols (Rebecca) of Glenpool, Cathie Lynn Porter (Arthur) of Sapulpa and Jennifer Annette Wolden (Michael) of Glenpool; his grandchildren, Scott, Ashley, Alyssa, Tyler, Josh, Kasey and Kim; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Tatum, Bonnie of Delilah, L. J. and Olivia; and his siblings, Debbie Wells (Bill) of Muskogee and Rick Nichols of Mounds.
