He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Shepard and Cynthia Shepard; his wife Barbara; his siblings, Vera Johnson, Dorothy Berry, Sue Doss, George Shepard and Glen Shepard; and his children, Stormy McCullar, Susie Keeler, Martha Long, Regina Levy and Billy Morgan. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
