She is survived by: her husband James Kuhn; her children, Dr. James F. Kuhn, Patty Runge, Jeffrey Adolph Kuhn (Jean), Cynthia Marie Allen (Doyne) and Jon Daniel Kuhn (Renae); her grandchildren, Jon Kuhn, Dianna Kuhn, Andrew Kuhn, Cassandra Hughes and Ryan Hughes; her great grandchildren, Abel Kuhn, Jonah Kuhn and Liam Hughes; her siblings, Nina Eyl and Dean Courtright (Sharon); and her sister-in-law Ella Rose Courtright.
