He is survived by: his parents, Russell Leland and Faye Irene Murphy; his siblings, Gale, Irene and Lorene; his spouse Jimmie Joan Oakley of Fort Worth; his children, Dale Edward, Bryan, Kelly, Kevin (Karen), Karen of Yukon, Oklahoma and Shawn (Paula) of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Hilary, Barik, Tim, Cole, Katie, Doran and Allie.
