He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, April Phillips of Geronimo, Sasha Perez of Cache and Daniel Hoagland of Lawton; his grandchildren, Gehrig "Lou" Phillips, Talia Perez and Dave Hoagland; and his brothers, Mikeal Phillips (Sherry), Daryll Phillips (Valinda) and Mark Phillips of Geronimo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
