She is survived by: her siblings, Emma Adcock and Easton Adcock; her grandmother Marie Spangler; her aunts and uncles, Cindy Martin, Kelly Martin, Val Boring, Jeff Boring, Julie Spangler and Teresa Spangler; and also, Pam Lemley, Tommy Lemley, Travis Ereckson, Alicia Ereckson, Bobbijean Spangler, Robert Spangler and Sarah Nezzer. She is also survived by her mother and stepfather.
