With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Brown of Gene Autry, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhodeth Ulysses "Brownie" Brown and Hattie Thelma Brown (Pogue). He is survived by: his daughter Charlotte Louise Jones; his siblings, Hattie Riner, Sue Bell, Betty Porter and Gerald Brown; his wife Betty Brown; his children, Richard "Corkey" Brown, Jr. (Valerie), Diana Godwin (George) and Charmian Castillo (Esty); his sisters, Elsie Lowden, Polly Taylor, Mary Brogdin, Linda Taylor, Dolly Keith and Lorena Smith; and his grandchildren, Brent Jones, Joshua Godwin, Tiffany Paddock, Traci Godwin, Cassidy Brown, Chloe Brown, Charlotte Brown, Cambree Brown, Caley Adams, Christin Parker and Austin Parker.
Due to the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic and in accordance with the City of Ardmore mandate, those attending are required to wear facemasks.
