He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Putman; his children, Nathan Putman (Keesha) of Binger, Genie Goff of Calumet and Samantha Putman of Calumet; his grandchildren, Joseph Eugene, Connor Nicholas, Summer Hope Goff, Bryson, Alexia Shaw, Wyatt Putman and Tia Tillis; and his siblings, Derril Putman (Anna Jo) of Geary, OK, Carolyn Bogle of Rush Springs, OK, Patricia Blair (Dean) of Geary, OK and Alma Kuykendall of Geary, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
