He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Annuschat of Geary, OK; his children, Nikole Upchego (Waylan) of Geary, OK and Matt Annuschat (Natalie Bay) of Nowata, OK; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Kaiden Annuschat, Jaycie Owings, Logan, Jacks Bates, Randi Upchego, Brooklyn Upchego, Harper Berry, Lea Peck, Jacob, Hailey Burkhalter, Dalton, Emma Leyva of Tina LaFountaine, O. J, Birdshead, Kristian Castleberry, Twan Yellowfish and Josh Bates; his great grandchildren, Lucas Peck and Kolby Burkhalter; and his brothers, Tom Annuschat (Kim) of Okarche, OK and Gerald Annuschat of Okarche, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
