He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Jean Sweezy (Lonelodge) and Frederick Sr. Sweezy; and his siblings, Brenda Sweezy, Wanda Bird, Bob Sankey and Alfred Sweezy.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Sweezy, Sunday Sweezy and Andre Birdshead; his grandchildren, Aiden and Honey; his siblings, Carmen Sweezy of El Reno, OK, Robert Sweezy of Oklahoma City, OK, Anthony Sweezy of Lexington, OK and Sylvia Sweezy of Mustang, OK; and his uncles, Steve and Gary Dawes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
