He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ensley and Mildred Winifred Owings (Coats); his daughter Shari; his son-in-law Bobby Opitz; and his grandson Micah Seyler.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Phillips; his children, Jiri Lusk (Kenny) of Hinton, OK and Phillip Owings (Tiffany) of Geary, OK; his grandchildren, Rob Seyler, Taylor Brooks (Jared), Erik Winegeart (Jessica), Tyler Winegeart (Gabby), Gage, Logan, Baylor, Brady and Hudson Owings; and his great grandchildren, Trenton, Tayce, Cabreigh, Michelle, Madison, Kierstyn, Lila, Emma, Asa, Alex and Oreo.
