He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Worrell and Eda Lou Barhyte Worrell. He is survived by: his sister Carol Lee Worrell of Garber; his daughters, Carrie Fenley and Michelle (Brian Zaloudek); and his grandchildren, Dedra (Brad Gober), Mackenzie, Macy Zaloudek and Landon Fenley.
Memorials may be made to the Garber Christian Church or Enid SPCA with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the fund.
