Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathy Lee Sims (Garber, Oklahoma), born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 70, on January 12, 2023. She was predeceased by: her mother Beatrice Green (Evers); her husband Bill Sims; her father Kenneth Green; and her brothers, Timothy and Kenneth Lynn Green.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Sims II (Lori) of Garber and Tiffany Plunkett (Randy) of Enid; her grandchildren, Tyler Sims of Oklahoma City, Victoria Plunkett of Oklahoma City, Parker Sims of Garber, Elizabeth Hunter (Landon) of Edmond and Kathryn Plunkett of Enid; her sister-in-law Janice Gibson (Fred) of Tulsa; her siblings, Douglas Green (Mary) of Carmen and Angela Amundson (Troy) of Garber; and her pets, Kirby and Ollie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
Donations may be made in honor of Kathy to the Garber Alumni Association or to the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
