He is survived by: his spouse Randi Lynn McCoy (Stipes); his children, Sydney McCoy of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Kelsea McCoy and Emily McCoy; his father Paul McCoy of Gans; his sisters, Karen McCoy of Heavener, OK and Theresa Hudgens (Jim) of Sallisaw, OK; his mother-in-law Sally Burrow of Sallisaw, OK; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Stipes of Sallisaw, OK and Kimmy Stipes of Spavanaw, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
