He was predeceased by: his parent Norma Lee Hill; his grandmother Wilma Davis Martin; and his uncle Jay Martin. He is survived by: his friend Frank Patterson; his wife Stacey Martin; his stepchild Cameron; his daughter Crystal Hyatt (Johnny Logan) of Woodward, OK; his stepchildren, Matthew Goers (Monica) of Omaha, Chris Johnston (Torrie) of Longton, KS, Alec Johnston of Woodward, OK, T. J. Martin and Kristen Crawford; and his grandchildren, Chace Winslow, Adler Logan, Tinsley, Kreason Johnston, Genevieve and Lincoln Goers.
