He was predeceased by: his father Chris Hartwick; and his brother Dustin Hartwick. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Hartwick of Broken Arrow; his sons, Holden and Hayes; his wife Abby; his parents-in-law, Kent and Denise Miller of Gage; his sister April Hartwick; and his siblings-in-law, Weston, Caity Miller, Wade and Danielle Miller. He is also survived by his extended family which includes many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, as well as his many close friends.
