He was predeceased by: his father E. Joseph Ramirez; and his sisters, Rosemary Tovar (Ramirez) and Cynthia Michelle Ramirez. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Ramirez (Coronado) of Frederick, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Terri Lynn Gagne (David) of Katy, Victoria Jowell (Ronnie) of Richmond, Margarita Ramirez of Houston, Texas, Richard Ramirez (Tammy) of Geronimo and Tom Ramirez (Debra) of Longmont, Colorado. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
