He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jr. Duggins (Jean Duggins) and Edna Pauline Duggins (Seta); and his brothers, Carl Jean Duggins, Ronnie Duggins and Danny Duggins.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Otis Duggins and Kimberly Ann Cryer of Wichita Falls, Texas; his granddaughters, Kayla Cryer of Wichita Falls and Carly Duggins of Holiday, Texas; his great grandchild Carter Hastings of Wichita Falls, Texas; and his sister Deborah Duggins.
In lieu of flowers his children ask that donations be made to Sheridan Medical Lodge in Burkburnett, Texas or Hospice of Wichita Falls, Texas.
