It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Kay Foster of Frederick, Oklahoma, born in Altus, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Ophelia Chumley (Anderson); her husband Winston "Fred" Foster; her aunt Ophelia Sikes of Georgia; her father Arthur Chumley; her parents-in-law, James and Gladys Foster; her granddaughter Maggy Grace; and her brother-in-law Jerry N. Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Kay of Frederick, OK and Frederick Scott (Kimberly) of Lake Jackson, TX.; and her siblings-in-law, James R. Foster of Snyder, OK and Jean Kaye Braziel of Altus, OK.
