She was predeceased by: her parents, Hickman Fobb and Serena Fobb (Battiest); her husband Joe Hicks, Sr.; her sons, Leon and Roy Hicks; her grandson Kirby Sanders; her son-in-law Randy Sanders; and her siblings, Hickman Jr., Houston, Ernest Fobb, Josephine, Mary, Lily, Vivian and Lucille.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Hicks (Felicia) of Frederick, Joe Hicks, Jr. (Kelly) of Frederick, Jerry Hicks (Anke) of Midwest City, Gary Hicks (Sylvia) of Frederick, Keith Hicks of Frederick and Joyce Sanders of Winchester, Tennessee; and her daughter-in-law Katherine Hicks of Seminole. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
