He is survived by: his son Justin Payne; his grandsons, Camren and James Payne; his siblings, Linda Tribble of Yukon, Sherry Reddin of Lawton, Brenda Payne of Frederick, Kay Thomson of Verden and Gary Payne of Burkburnett, TX; and his brother-in-law Lowell Cobb (Julie) of Vernon, TX.
