He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Cobb and Ruth Cobb (Anderson); and his sister Yvonne Johnson. He is survived by: his son Phil; his granddaughter Keri; his wife Jana Gayle Cobb; his son Phillip W. Cobb Jr. (Shelley) of Whitesboro, TX; his grandchildren, Cayden and Cortlyn; his great grandchild Jolene Adams; his daughter Keri Gaytan (Oscar) of Frederick, OK; his grandchildren, Elijah Peel, Zach Peel, Leya Gaytan, Mya Gaytan and Katie Haston (Daniel) of Wichita Falls, TX; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Drew and Josie Haston. He is also survived by his family, friends.
