He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Payne and Emma Hurst (Hawkins); and his wife Barbara Dixon. He is survived by: his daughter Debra; his son-in-law Mike Hagy of Edmond; his son Danny; his daughter-in-law Paula Hurst of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Heath Hagy (Erin) of Bismarck, Holt Hagy (Jenna) of Edmond, April Roberts (Jason) of Texico and Dakota Sherrill of Jacksonville, Florida.; and his great grandchildren, Max McCann Hagy, Heidi Hara Hagy, Hawkins Holt Hagy, Verity Jane Roberts, Leighton Joy Roberts and Shepherd Jack Roberts.
