He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charley and Corene May. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Gutierrez of Frederick, Oklahoma and Mylinda Gutierrez (May) of Frederick, Oklahoma; his wife Heidi Gutierrez; his children, Brittany Gutierrez (Ethan Serna) of Mangum, Alexyis Gutierrez (Marty Marshall) of Frederick, Anthony Gutierrez of Frederick, Oklahoma and Kaden Gutierrez of Frederick, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Joseph Gutierrez (Amber) of Frederick, Oklahoma, Amanda Gutierrez of Frederick and Michelle Clark of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
