He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Edward Riley and Ethel Long Riley (Long); his daughter Sandy; and his siblings, Marvin Matthew, Ed Matthew, Jessie Matthew, Melvin Matthew, Royce Riley, Larry Riley, Lorene Bates, Marie Montgomery, Jewel Cox, Dee Walker and Mildred "Ginger" Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Pasika Riley (Jem); his daughters, Amy Riley of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Doree Rogers of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sisters, Barbara Combs (Donnie) of Frederick and Glenda Dyer of Grandfield; his grandchildren, Tiffany, David and Andrew; and his great grandchild Noah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
