He is survived by: his children, Edwin Neal of Tulsa, Ervin Howard of Victorville, Eric Neal and Tammie Idris of Phoenix, Arizona; and his siblings, Anita Smith of Vernon, Texas and Raymond Neal of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and many friends.
