She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Cassidy and Velma Cassidy; her husband Marion Lewis; her brother Paul Wesley Cassidy; her son-in-law Keith Wasinger; and her grandson Nicholas Keith Wasinger.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Hasenmyer (Mike) of Grandfield, Margaret Linker of Frederick, Randall Lewis (Sue Ann) of Frederick and Martha Wasinger of Frederick, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Adam, Sarah Hasenmyer, Heather Hasenmyer, Rachel Bracken, Aaron, Deborah Linker, Jill, Doug Mabry, Carrie, Ian Prescott, Becky, David Holland, Justin, Jessica Lewis, Amber, Michael Knox, Emily and Kacy Totte; and her close friend Sherry Harrington of Frederick, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and one on the way; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Frederick School Enrichment Foundation – Nicholas Wasinger Scholarship Fund, or the charity of the donor's choice in honor of Doris M. Lewis.
