Dale Edward Maddux Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2021, at the age of 82, Dale Edward Maddux of Frederick, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Maddux and Weltha Maddux; his wife Le Maddux (Barker); his son Johnny Mark Blankinship; his grandsons, Zachary Williams and Micah Blankinship; his son-in-law Earl McCullough; and his brothers, Bedford Maddux, Calvin Maddux and Wayne Maddux.
He is survived by: his children, Troy Dale Maddux of Davidson, Jimmy Blankinship (Carolyn) of Troutville, Virginia and Kristi McCullough of Hobart, Oklahoma; his sisters, Ann Miser of Desoto, Norma Standerfer of Arkansas City and Wilma Tucker (Tommy) of Kiowa, Oklahoma; his sisters-in-law, Janice Maddux Henson of Tipton and Charlotte Barker of Haileyville, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Katie Chapman (Chris), Jesse Blankinship (Charlie) and Jeremy Besson (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Aaron Blankinship, Bryan Blankinship, Kleya Blankinship, Nyla Blankinship, Josilyn Chapman, Karlee Chapman, Tanner Thomas, Everly Blankinship and Addison Blankinship. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many cousins.
Memorials contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Cancer Research in memory of Dale Edward Maddux.
