She was predeceased by: her parents, Robroy Blankenship and Norma Sue Blankenship (Conditt); her brother Bill; and her sister-in-law Patti Blankenship. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Challacombe; her children, Jonrob Challacombe and Causby Challacombe (Chenoa Daniel); her grandchildren, Emilio and Sofia Challacombe; her brother Brad Blankenship (Coni); her uncle Dr. Jerry Blankenship; her sister-in-law Cynthia Challacombe; and her nieces and nephews, Blair McMillin, Bob Blankenship, Corry Challacombe, Derek Challacombe, Haley Huddleston, Natalie Blankenship, Ivy Epps and Tobin Mateychick.
