With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Parks of Foster, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 11, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Parks and Morene Parks of Foster, OK.; his brothers, Donnie and Tommy Parks; and his son Tommy Wayne Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean (Sheppard); his sons, Tracy and Terry; his daughter-in-law Amber; his grandchildren, Coy and Stella; and his sister Billie Fuller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
