He is survived by: his wife Susan Lofton; his sons, Jody Green (Amanda Pritchett) and Kevin Green of Ada; his sister LaNell (Allen Taylor) of Alburquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Caden, Jaycee, Justice and Kaylynn; his niece Kara; and his nephew Kendall.
