He was predeceased by: his son Donald Henry Underwood, Jr.; his parent Edith Christian; and his sister Ollie Jean "Jeannie" Rake. He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Underwood; his children, Deborah Watts (Steve), Darla Diane White, Sheryl Dykes (Randy), Larry Underwood (Linda), Kathy LaDonna Fout (Danny), Evelyn Fowler (Don), Traci Soderstrom (David), April Brown (Damon) and Jake Underwood (Tia); and his siblings, Linda Shelton (Melvin), Ronnie "Red" Davidson (Sharon), Frankie Lee Davidson, Carla Cocker and Emileen McGuire (Paul). He is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 80 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
