It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth McClanahan (Fort Towson, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Gonzales and Rosina Eloise Portillo Gonzales of Santa Fe, NM.; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Harvey of Oklahoma and Evelyn Gonzales of California. She is survived by: her husband Howard Lynn McClanahan; her sons, Brian Lynn McClanahan (Debbie Guilez) and Shawn McClanahan (Katy) of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Stormy Lynn Lopez (Victor Lopez) of Texas, Amber Rose McClanahan and Brittany Marie McClanahan of Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Micahlynn Lopez, Emmalynn Lopez and Killian Lopez of Texas; her brother Joseph Gonzales of California; her sister-in-law Betty Byrd of Oklahoma; and her nephews, Christopher Gonzales of California, Tim Harvey, Russell Byrd and Rodney Byrd of Oklahoma.
