She is survived by: her stepchildren, Ronald Smith of Hugo and Sheila Church of Hugo, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jeff Smith of Fort Worth, Jill Fitch (Ray) of McKinney, Christopher Smith (Crystal) of Longview, Casey Church (Dana) of Hugo, Josh Church of Hugo and Sarah Church (Brian Hancock) of Knoxville; and her friends, Sam, Beverly Hanson, Buzz and Anna Easterwood. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
