He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Elvin and Mary Edna Wanger (Devous); his wife Ruth Wanger of Virginia; his son Terry Wayne Wanger; his brother Loyd Wanger (Jackie); his siblings-in-law, Clifton Long of Golden Ishmael, D. L, Deweese, Lennes Jones and Bonnie Wanger; and his great grandchild Finley Elizabeth Oblander.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Oblander (Steve) of Woodward, Kenneth Wanger (Brenda) of Woodward, Danny Wanger (Lucinda) of Gore and Donald Wanger (Katy) of Fort Supply; his siblings, Harold Wanger, Dorothy Long Ishmael, Lily Deweese Neill (Don) and Alice Jones; his grandchildren, Mark Oblander, Kent Wanger, Tim Oblander, Kylie Wanger, Elizabeth Todd (Wanger), Kaden Wanger, Ashley Bagwell, Jeromy Webb, Jared Kornele and Breanne Vang; his great grandchildren, Makaila, Chloe, Trent, Brodie, Jadelyn, Tyler, Brady, Jordan, Hannah, Hope, Grace, Brexton, Itialy, Kyler and Aiverleigh; and his great great grandchildren, Arabella, Jason and Cooper. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fort Supply Baptist Church or the Fort Supply Fire Department with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
