He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O. Munson and Evelyn Munson (Tindell); his parents-in-law, Harry Drake and Katie Drake (Adams); his grandson Derek Munson; his siblings, Thelma Burgess (George) and Paul Munson (Nadine); his siblings-in-law, Robert Drake (Edna), Ray Drake (Naomi), Geneva Howard (Jay), Cleta Jessup (Ray) and Coeta Murray (Minard); his niece Vonda Kay Dorland (Munson); his nephews, Dennis Burgess and James Howard; and his friend Sam Golden.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Munson (Drake); his sons, Steve (Anitta) of Guymon and Stan (Rita) of Woodward; his close friends, Pete and Rachel; his friend Bob Holloway; his grandsons, Travis Munson (Melissa) of Woodward, Bond Ferguson (Joe) of Nichols Hills, OK and Shalako Law (Blake) of Amarillo, Texas.; his granddaughter-in-law Michelle Munson (Merkel) of Stillwater, OK.; and his great grandchildren, Madyson Munson, Jadyn Munson, John Munson, Emerson Law and Halle Law.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
