She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shank and Catherine Shank (Burns); her husband Michael Kovach; and her siblings, Catherine Richard, Betty Gaasche, William Shank, John Shank, Jane Collins and Donald Shank.
She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Kovach, Jr. (Deborah) of Collegeville, Stephen A. Kovach of Houtzdale and Catherine E. Iwanowicz (Richard) of Audubon; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Migliarese (Vincent), Jacqueline Kovach (Richard Michael Iwanowicz) and James Migliarese.
